This section of Pops Spedster's place focuses on the educational outcomes of people with developmental disabilities who no longer qualify for and have "aged out" of special education services. This area of our website features the life stories of individuals with disabilities who have been educated under the public laws that have defined Special Education practices for more than 20 years.

If you yourself or a person for whom you are a legal guardian, qualifies to have your outcome published in this section, please complete the application form, HIPPA-compliant release form and send them by regular mail to the address listed below. If you are the legal guardian of such a person, please include a current copy of the court documents that name you as legal guardian of this person.
Pops Spedster and Company will review the applications submitted and reply with a letter of interest to those persons whose educational outcomes would most benefit the community of teachers, caregivers, parents and others who serve people with developmental disabilities.
Each educational outcome story will include the following information -
1. Specific health information that will require the candidate or the candidate's legal guardian to complete the HIPPA-compliant release of information indicating that the candidate and legal guardian understand that the story will include protected health information about the candidate's disability.
2. Copies and facsimiles of IEPs designed by the candidate's past IEP teams and which were used in an instructional setting.
3. Photographs and videos of the candidate in actual educational settings where the services prescribed in the past IEPs were delivered.
4. A videotaped interview with the candidate in the candidate's current setting in which the topic of discussion will be the real life outcomes of the candidate's educational planning and of the candidate's IEP service delivery system.
